Gigwage Transaction Failed

When a Gigwage transaction failed:

  1. Gigwage will Slack us a message with the driver's name as well as the reason for the error. 
  2. We confirm with Gigwage to start the funds to the driver's bank account. If this happens before 11am CST, the funds will hit that evening. If after that, they will hit the morning after. 
  3. We send a text to to the driver telling them that the withdrawal was not successful, but that the funds should be in their bank account by this evening/tomorrow morning.
